Should an alarm event be triggered then the highly trained and experienced staff within the Monitoring Bureau will receive the alarm notification. The Monitoring Bureau team review the nature of the alarm and make a judgment based on the pre-qualified criteria. Because of the specialist knowledge the team have the number of out of hours alarms that you/your employees receive can be reduced to only those that are critical to the operation of the business.
