Within a warehouse and production environment, any slight change in temperature can have a huge impact.
Accurate temperature monitoring ensures valuable goods don’t perish and provides evidence that compliance and legislative standards have been met.
Our D3 temperature monitoring system is simple to install and continuously records the temperature range of your site alerting you when something is wrong.
To give you peace of mind, you can securely monitor live data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This allows you to see an entire picture of what’s happening, even if you’re elsewhere.
At a glance:
- Full site overview and detailed reports by sensor
- Audible and email alarm alerts
- Simple to retro install
Keeping you informed
Whether you’re on-site or working elsewhere our D3 systems comprehensive alarm capabilities keeps you informed of any problems.
Email and audible alarms are based on user-defined set points that will alert you to warning and critical lower and upper points, so you're aware of any issues before they become a hazard.
The system stores a full history of any alarms with the action that the user took, giving your staff full accountability and a complete system history for audit review.
Simple to install and expand
Each base station can communicate with up to 150 sensors. Multiple base stations can make up a single site, so as you grow more sensors can be easily added. Whats more, you can combine any mix of sensors to monitor all types of enviroment factors.
Wireless temperature and humidity monitoring are common requests for warehouse environments, but legislative changes are making refrigerant gas leak detection and energy monitoring more commonplace.
Our wireless systems make retro installations into existing sites straightforward, reducing any downtime and allowing your business to be relatively unaffected by the process.
Meeting compliance standards
The D3 system is designed to help you comply with the standards for your industry – whether it’s Hazard Analysis and Critital Control Points (HACCP), British retail consortium (BRC) or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
User privileges control access levels to the system allowing them to; acknowledge alarms, view graphs that map changes over time and to review in-depth reports. Reports provide a daily overview of the whole site’s performance – along with a more detailed view of a daily report for each sensor.
Real time data can be viewed via the system base station or the network interface giving continual review capability.
Expert sensor calibration & mapping
With large storage spaces temperature mapping is a must. This not only provides knowledge of temperature in the area but also provides the ideal locations for monitoring sensors.
Our in-house UKAS calibration laboratory, our knowledge of wireless temperature monitoring and vast mapping experience make us the first choice in temperature mapping.
We offer calibration in-house for temperature and relative humidity at our UKAS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited laboratory or on-site, depending on your specific needs.Find out more about calibration
